The main reason for failure to accomplish goals is a lack of depth, belief, involvement, intimacy, and love. This causes lack of focus, consistency, progress, productivity, and pretty much any obstacle.

All of the scientific methods for maintaining a human’s dopamine level, oxytocin serotonin, and adrenalin are connected to how you feel, and why you feel a reality. And the reality is often connected to our perceptions and beliefs. However, today we are not going to science-based, microscopic observations of goal-setting techniques and literature. Let’s see a small set of perspectives about failure in goal setting and accomplishments.

Who has not set a goal in their life and failed it accomplish it? in their lifetime. Due to failure, different kinds of mindsets have appeared on our planet.

4 Kinds of Mindset: Bad Goal Setting to Effortless Goals Achievers

  1. People who do not set conscious, and intentional goals just live-breathe to survive (Just basic needs food, shelter, clothes) due to financial circumstances,
  2. People who are out of survival games and have inspirations, and aspirations of career, lifestyle, and relationships but fail due to fear of failure, and the absence of a comfort zone.
  3. People who constantly unrealistic set goals and consistently fail due to impatience, greed, and lack of clarity of “WHY behind their goals”.
  4. And People who set goals and accomplish them effortlessly.

Now, Setting goals does not have to become a world champion in any domain. A goal might be living a life with contentment, gratitude, peace, and little progress over anything. But it must be more than living a life with water, food, shelter, clothes, and cheap pleasures.

Steps To Improve Goal Setting And Accomplishment

For group-1, we wish and work to lift them up for better education, culture, finances all basic needs, etc.

For group-2, the best possible steps seem to change the environment. Be surrounded by 5 people who few steps ahead of where you want to be. And gradually learn, think, and evolve.

For Group-3, where most people are stuck although they have everything to proceed for them, considering the reason behind the goals, unlearning a few methods, and re-evaluating the belief systems seem the most effective steps towards the best version of yourself.

Becoming a group-4 member, is a lifelong game. However, there are different levels of procrastination, laziness, challenges, and success along the way.
